How I Got This Shot: I had to drive to Asheville on Sunday October 27, 2019 so I decided to take the Parkway from Boone. The leaves where in their peak and I wanted to take advantage while I could. I made the decision that since I had a deadline to meet someone I would stop at all the tunnels on my way down and see what I could get. After I exited the Little Switzerland Tunnel, I pulled off the road and parked. I had to wait several minutes to wait for traffic to clear so I could get a clear shot. I must have taken at least 50 different photos at 5 different angles at this tunnel. This particular shot was my favorite of them all.
