The Cascades are a very popular falls at E. B. Jeffress Park on the Blue Ridge Parkway. At milepost 271, a beautiful cascading falls awaits you down a short nature trail. The park is named after the man who convinced the federal government to position the Parkway on its current route. The man obviously knew the backcountry quite well… don’t you think?
