How I Got This Shot: Standing off to the left of the path before you hit the bridge. The water of the pond will reflect not only the site of the authentic Water Mill but also the folliage behind it. I didn’t use any sort of stabilizer for the photo. Just took a lot of patience waiting for the right shot due to a lot of tourists site seeing.

How I Got This Shot: I was lucky the pond was calm when I arrived. I just tried to get some foreground to give the image a bit depth, so I found this beautiful bush in full bloom. Coincidentally, this duck (I forgot her name but she seems to live there for ages) came swimming across the lake – that was the perfect moment for me to shoot. The spot is easy to find, it’s on the way to the mill. A beautiful moment of tranquility I’ll never forget in my life.

How I Got This Shot: Arrived at Mabry Mill just after sunrise. I decided to use a long shutter speed to capture a smooth reflection on the pond in front of the mill. Then I edited the image in tonemapping software to bring out the shadows in the tree areas.
