How I Got This Shot: Hiked up to the location about 30 minutes before sunset (about a 5-10 minute hike from the Blue Ridge parking lot). Got setup with the tripod. It was really spectacular when the sun got low enough to get beneath the clouds and lit up the valley in front of us (there were probably 20 other people there). This is a panorama of 4 images stitched together.
