Location: East Fork Overlook, Milepost 418.3 on the southern end of the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina.

East Fork Overlook is home to the headwaters of the Pigeon River. Yellowstone Falls is a short distance away and gets its name from the yellowish moss covering the rocks, and hikers can find U.S. Forest Service trail access to Shining Rock Wilderness Trail system at this overlook.
