Mingo Falls in Cherokee, NC

by HD Carolina

"Mingo Falls in Cherokee, NC" by HD Carolina

Date Taken: 05/29/2017
Location: Mingo Falls, near the southern end of the Blue Ridge Parkway in Cherokee, NC

Camera: Canon 7D Mark II
Lens: EFS 18-135
Focal Length: 18mm
ISO: 100
Shutter: 1 second
Aperture: f/22
Filters: Syrp Variable ND
Exposure: Aperture Priority
How I Got This Shot: We caught this shot in between several storms that were blowing through the area. We ran up the stairs to the Falls and fortunately were the only ones there despite it being a holiday (the rain probably had something to do with it). The rain left everything nice and wet which gave a nice shine to everything.
